Rooted in Real Estate Law
Harker Law formally launched in 2025, continuing a practice originally established in 2014. For more than a decade, our work has focused on delivering personalized, practical legal services to clients across Oregon and Washington.
Our Background
Kevin Harker began his legal career at a mid-sized regional firm in Portland, specializing in homeowner association and condominium law. There, he litigated more than a dozen construction defect claims, served as general counsel to numerous associations, drafted amendments to governing documents, and handled assessment collections. Over the years, Kevin has built a reputation for clear communication, hands-on client service, and a deep understanding of the issues facing HOAs and condominiums across Oregon and Washington.
